Shipping Policy
We currently ship via Royal Mail (due to the pandemic there may be some delays, however we aim to ship within the timeframe given). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 business days.
Ensure that your address is correct as we are not liable for any incorrect spelling causing delay or undelivered mail. If you find that your address is incorrect please contact us as soon as possible on info@theperfectedscent.com
Any and all "return to sender" packages that incur due to a faulty address, business closure or undeliverable address are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship.
Once packages leaves our studio it's no longer our responsibility.
COLLECTION
If you choose the collection option at checkout, you must collect the item yourself. We are located in South East London, you will be contacted regarding your collection once your order has been placed, packaged and ready.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Worldwide - If applicable)*
International orders are shipped and not tracked, this is to ensure the cost remain low. If you want a faster delivery time, please send us an email prior to placing your order and the fees can be discussed. International buyers, are responsible for all customs fees and expenses (if any), The Perfected Scent is not financially responsible for paying said fees. International orders can take anywhere from 6 - 30+ days to arrive once shipped.
If your items are returned, due to incorrect address or any invalid details, we are happy to reship them. You will bear the cost of the shipping expenses.
Packages that weights more than 1KG will cost more.
*Please be aware that The Perfected Scent is not responsible for delayed delivery times and damaged products in transit to you once it leaves our premises. Should your package become delayed, lost or arrive damaged, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.
