Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for purchasing, we understand that not all our orders may be perfect for you.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll need to pay for the return and you’ll also need the digital invoice as proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You will need to pay for the return of the item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We ask that you contact us no later than 48 hours after receiving your order.
Please email info@theperfectedscent.com with a picture of your damaged products and we will be more than happy to assist you.
We ensure that our products are packaged carefully and in the most safe way. Any damaged and lost packages will require a claim being made with the shipping courier as we have no control over what happens during shipments.
